Diabetic Cooking


If you found this, you're pretty lucky! There's something very cool in the works. It has to do with food, diabetes, carbs and cooking. Guessed yet? I'm working on an ecookbook! 

I've been a type-1 diabetic for over 30 years. I've been blessed to not have experienced any Diabetic side effects. My A1c is in the "Pre-Diabetic" range. But its taken a lot of work and will power. I'm not touting a diet, shake or workout video program. This ebook is real food from a real, Midwestern, Diabetic. I'm not a nutritionist. I'm not a CDE. I'm a normal person who happens to be a good cook and a Diabetic. 

I'll show you how to control the amount of carbs in the recipes you make. We'll work on balancing a recipe to be low-carb, gluten free, Whole30 compliant, Paleo or whatever! We can even talk about macros if you want. Its all about manipulation of the right ingredients without losing the taste.

It'll taste good. Trust me. They'll be non-Diabetic husband and kid-tested. I'll admit I've tried many Pinterest recipes and been sorely disappointed in the taste and quality. The pictures are amazing...but, ugh. These will be good-I do have to work on my photography though!
